CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

The season for Christmas parties and New Year’s celebrations is just around the corner. From November 8th we have decorated for Christmas, and look forward to welcoming you.

Our head chef Fred Owe Tofting and his team have composed a delicious seasonal menu for the restaurant. In addition, we serve traditional Christmas dishes in the run-up to Christmas.

For groups of more than 7 guests, we offer a three-course Christmas menu, kr. 895,- per person

New Year’s celebration

At Opus 16 we love the celebration of the new year!

This year, we are offering a delightful five-course menu that includes a glass of Champagne for the aperitif, priced at NOK 1,995 per person.

We want to create a memorable evening with nice atmosphere.

  • Aperitif with live piano music is served between 19:30 to 21:00
  • Table seating starts from 20:00.
  • The bar will remain open until 01:30.

New Year’s menu, 5 courses:

  • LANGOUSTINE, söl & tarragon
  • SCALLOPS, apple & mussel velouté
  • TURBOT, Kalix vendace roe
  • DUCK, celeriac & porcini
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE a la Opus 16

Do you want to stay at the hotel, enjoy our New Year's Package:

We offer a New Year’s package that includes the New Year’s menu, accommodation, and a delicious breakfast on the first day of the new year, priced at NOK 3,495 per person in a double room.

Opus 16 will be closed the 24th, 25th and 27th of December.

Starting from December 27th, the restaurant, bar and hotel will be open every day. The kitchen’s opening hours during this period will be from 18:00 to 22:00.
