Christmas Menu – Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea consists of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with jam and “clotted cream”, cakes and sweets.
At Restaurant Opus 16, you first choose the Sandwich menu and tea, we serve the finger sandwiches together with the accompanying cakes and pastries first. We will then bake the accompanying scones so that they are as fresh as possible.

Traditional finger sandwiches inspired by the original English afternoon tea, served in light and wholemeal bread

Open sandwiches served on wholemeal sourdough bread and multi-grain bread
• Poached persetorsk with baked carrot and puffed fish skin
• Pinnekjøtt sausage with swede and thyme cream, brussel sprout and almond
• Smoked reindeer carpaccio, marinated mushrooms with date and sherry purée

OPUS XVI CHAI

Our self-produced blend of Assam Supérieur G.F.O.P (70%) & Thé des Mille Collines (30%) Chai tea is full-bodied and fragrant with hints of spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Goes well with milk.

ASSAM SUPÉRIEUR G.F.O.P

Strong pure black tea from India (Assam). A tea with whole leaves and a tea that you can enjoy at any time of the day, preferably with a little milk.

GRAND GOÛT

Fresh and fruity black tea with citrus and Calabrian bergamot. A more intense version of a classic tea.

BOURBON

Black tea with aromas of vanilla and caramel. Ideal for those who love hot gourmet tea.

JARDIN BLEU
