AGNEAU CENDRÉ

120 gram Lamb Sirloin served with glazed sweetbreads, rosted cube potatoes, pickled plum, burnt spring onions and red wine broth
Contains: Sulfite

CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Crème Brûlée with shortcrust, passion fruit cream and passion fruit sorbet
Contains: Egg, milk, gluten
