Menu – Christmas party
The Christmas menu this year consists of two choices.
Choice 1:
3-course menu
995,- per person
3-course menu with 2 servings of the same main course
1195,- per person
Choice 2:
Appetizer, hot buffet and dessert
1395,- per person
Hot food buffet possible when booking for 20 or more guests in closed parties
APPETIZERS – PLATE SERVING
- Chestnut cream soup served with brioche croutons, walnuts and herb oil
(Kan serveres som vegetar / vegansk rett) - Opus 16 home-smoked salmon fillet served with horseradish cream and pickled beetroot
- Stick meat sausage from Bønes Gårdsmat served with caramelised onion marmalade, Frosta flatbread and kohlrabi cream sauce
- Matjessild served with Danish rye bread, potato salad and sour cream
MAIN COURSES – PLATE SERVICE OR HOT FOOD BUFFET
- Lutefisk (dried cod treated with lye) with yellow and green pea stew, bacon and butter
- Stick meat with kohlrabi and stick grease
- Pork ribs with red cabbage, baked apple and brown sauce
- Baked winter vegetables and hazelnut Wellington, served with sauerkraut and spinach cream sauce
(Can be served vegan)
DESSERT – PLATE SERVING
- Mullet cream with marinated mullets and shortbread
- Rice cream with strawberry coulis and sorbet
- Stilton cheese with poached clementine and gingerbread ice cream
- Vegan chocolate mousse served with cherries and mulled sorbet
