CLASSIC ENGLISH BREAKFAST

Bacon & sausages served with roasted mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans and potato wedges. Choice of poached, scrambled or fried eggs

OMELETTE

A 3 egg omelett with eggs with choice of following toppings:
Red pepper, cheese, onion, mushroom, ham, tomato and chives.
May also be prepared with only egg whites

EGGS BENEDICT

Late 1800’s classical dish consisting of poached eggs, ham, potato wedges, and served on English muffin, topped with yuzu Hollandaise sauce

PORRIDGE

Milk cooked porridge oats from Tøsse Mølle in Osterøy. Served with caramilised sugar and cinnamon

AVOCADO & BACON

Sliced avocado topped with toasted sesame seeds, fresh spinach & grilled bacon on top of toasted sourdough bread

EGG & BACON

Bacon and 2 eggs. Choice of poached, scrambled or fried eggs
